NPW will be hosting this event with Cornell University's Yang-Tan Institute on Employment and Disability and the Northeast ADA Center. The goal of the event is to support employment of people of people with disabilities in Westchester County.

For 60 years YTI has advanced knowledge, policies, and practice to support people with disabilities in workplaces, schools, and communities.

The goal of the Northeast ADA Center is to educate and empower the diverse range of ADA stakeholders throughout New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands to increase their knowledge of the ADA, to support our stakeholders to include people with disabilities in local communities, and to implement the ADA in their own lives, workplaces, businesses, and communities. Please see their toolkit which provides curated information and essential resources about how (and why!) small businesses and nonprofits can successfully hire and retain employees with disabilities.
