NPW EVENT RECAPS

On April 11, over 40 NPW Member Executive Directors and CEOS attended our Nonprofit Executive Director & CEO Roundtable: Aligning Methods and Mission held at Sam's of Gedney Way. Roundtable chairs Jirandy Martinez, Health Bloch and Ron Abad led a discussion on how to keep your organization focused on mission as it embraces new methods to achieve results and adapts to new challenges and opportunities.

This session identified practical approaches to decision-making at critical points in the life of nonprofit organizations.

Thank you to our Program Sponsors and Partners

The Emerging Leaders Program Class of 2023 had an incredible experience visiting the LOFT LGBTQ+ Center last Thursday, April 13.

The class was honored to learn about the history and mission of The LOFT from Judy Troilo, LOFT LGBTQ+ CEO and NPW board member. The Director of Marketing & Communications, Jeffrey Guard, presented a fantastic and engaging session on Branding for Nonprofits that gave the group very creative and practical new ideas to bring back and share with their organizations.

Afterwards, the class connected with each other and The LOFT staff while enjoying delicious pizza, salad and wine.

We can't thank Judy and Jeffrey enough for creating such a fun and informative session. Plus - huge congratulations to the LOFT on their 40th anniversary this year!

Thank you to Assemblymember MaryJane Shimsky for taking the time to meet with nonprofit leaders on April 14th to learn and respond to opportunities and challenges related to our work in addressing critical social issues.
