Mission Statement
iHealth is a collaborative of community-based Medicaid Health Home Care Management Agencies, and Care Coordinators & Case Management agencies across NYS, united to advocate for and negotiate on behalf of our members, our communities and the chronically ill healthcare recipients we serve, and to represent those programs and people within the broader healthcare system.
