New Nonprofit Members


The Peekskill Housing Authority (PHA) operates in the City of Peekskill located in the northwest portion of Westchester County, New York. For seventy years the Peekskill Housing Authority has provided decent, safe, and affordable homes to families and individuals. Today they currently have 273 apartments in three developments in the City of Peekskill and pride themselves on the homes they provide to low-income families.


VNS Westchester helps patients live as comfortably as possible in their own homes whether the patient is an infant, child, adult, or senior. Their mission is to promote and support the health and sustain the independence of residents in the communities we serve through the delivery of home healthcare and related community health services by VNS Westchester, VNSW at Home, and other subsidiaries.



Founded in 1998, the White Plains Business Improvement District (BID) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation that offers supplemental services to the White Plains Central Business District to enhance its economic, social, and cultural landscape.



The Hebrew Free Loan Society advances economic stability and opportunity for lower income New Yorkers within and beyond the Jewish community by making safe, affordable interest-free loans. HFLS is a non-sectarian lender, serving the New York City area since 1892.



We Art One Collective is a group of creative individuals who have joined forces to discuss, develop, and create dynamic experiences for the community. The Collective is open to all active artists in pursuit of expanding their careers and developing a strong arts family. We Art One also offers holistic art programs and workshops to meet the diverse needs of Yonkers residents and neighboring communities.



Jazz Forum Arts is a 501©3, not-for-profit arts presenting organization whose mission is to present top-quality events to the public at little or no cost, while enhancing the appreciation of Jazz, America’s preeminent indigenous musical art form.



The mission of the Yorktown Grange Agricultural Society is to promote, grow and preserve the traditions and values of the Yorktown Grange. The Grange is a family, community organization with its roots in agriculture.  Founded in 1867, the Grange was formed as a national organization with a local focus. 



 Able Athletics, Inc. provides relaxed, modified experiences for those who are unable to participate in mainstream programming with the understand the challenges that children with learning, attention, physical and intellectual differences face. The programs offered include individual & group sessions led by volunteer athletes, therapists, special education teachers & local teams partnered with Able Athletics.



The Center for Excellence in Adoption Services is a nonprofit organization working with the adoption community to achieve better outcomes for children, adults, families, and communities involved in adoption.  


The Institutes of Applied Human Dynamics (IAHD) is, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit committed to providing supports to people throughout their lives, to assist them in community living, achievement of growth potential -- to live a life fulfilled. IAHD supports more than 800 people in the Bronx and Westchester County. 


The Pan-African Higher Education Initiative (PAHEI) Foundation supports programs in the areas of education, human empowerment, and leadership development on the African continent.


The YWCA of Yonkers is an affiliate of the YWCA of the U.S.A., the country’s oldest and largest women's membership movement. YWCA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. It is one of the oldest and largest multicultural organizations promoting solutions to enhance the lives of women, girls and families.



Community Nexus mission is to provide a friendly, professional environment and continuous expansion of innovative coworking settings to serve local communities. Community Nexus was envisioned as a family venture in response to research that shows a growing need for socio-economic community supports among Hudson Valley residents.
