PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Annual Meeting of the Members of Nonprofit Westchester (the “Annual Meeting”) will be held virtually on October 7th at 3:15 PM. The purpose of the Annual Meeting will be to discuss, among other things, the vote to: 1) Approve the slate of new NPW Board Members; and 2) Approve the reelection of Board Members to their next terms 3) Approve an amendment to bylaws. Access the "Notice of Notice of October 7th, 2026 Nonprofit Westchester VIRTUAL Annual Membership Meeting HERE. Each NPW member organization has one (1) vote. Any authorized person from your organization who attends the virtual meeting is allowed to vote, but only one such person from each organization may vote. Please make sure that you have determined who that individual is, and inform all others in your organization that only that person can vote on behalf of your organization. If you choose to not have anyone from your nonprofit organization attend the Annual Meeting, you may designate someone not from your organization to vote on your behalf at the Annual Meeting: a proxy. Be sure that your designated proxy will be attending the Annual Meeting and is willing to act as your proxy.
