CPY's Celebration of the first Global Yoga Therapy Day

Yoga Therapists are coming together across the world to participate in the first ever Global Yoga Therapy Day educate and share Yoga Therapy Join CYP as part of this movement for a free trauma-informed yoga class to complete your day. Bring your own mat, water and open mind. FREE - walk ins are welcome but register to qualify for raffles and giveaways from participating businesses and stay informed of weather-related cancellations or location changes. 

Also: CPY will offer Free yoga classes at Louis Engle Park Waterfront stage, 25 Westerly Rd, Ossining in collaboration with Mind, Body, Spirit Ossining (MBSO): Saturdays:  July 20  & August 17th  at 9am
