CHHOP: 30 Years Of Caring, A Community Celebration

We are celebrating our 30th year in the community and will honor Bill Balter of Wilder Balter Partners, John Paul Lake of Shoprite, Inc. and Ruth Wells and Jim Knight of Fred’s Pantry for their tremendous contributions to the community.    

As you may know, Wilder Balter Partners has been an industry leader in green and affordable housing development  in Westchester County for decades.   Wilder Balter Partners is currently developing an 82 affordable multifamily apartment complex in Peekskill.   Shoprite has regularly hired our clients helping them to move forward with their lives.  Ruth Wells and Jim Knight have operated Fred's Pantry, our choice food pantry, for over 10 years.  We hope that you will be able to join us in honoring these outstanding individuals.
