A free virtual nutrition workshop presented by Feeding Westchester. Feeding Westchester is offering free virtual nutrition workshops via Zoom. During the workshops, a nutritionist will teach a lesson and conduct a cooking demonstration based on the program “Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables”. The curriculum is made up of 13 non-chronological lessons which can be delivered as a group of lessons or just choose the ones you are interested in! These lessons can be taught on any schedule that works best such as weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
