To all of you who educate and care for our children: Unfortunately, due to the rapid rise of Covid-19, we were unable to host our Early Education Hall of Heroes event last year. This year, we are coming together virtually, to honor some of the world's greatest educators. With your hard work, dedication, and love for the field, many of you have kept your programs running as smoothly as you could. Whether you worked unpaid, bought cleaning supplies with your own money, or gave a parent the reassurance they needed to feel comfortable leaving their children in your care, we want to thank and honor you. You may nominate yourself or be nominated by an employer, parent, board member, or a co-worker. If you are a former Joey Award winner, you may still be nominated. You may receive multiple nominations. A selection committee will choose the honorees, and approximately 10 professionals will be inducted this year. The Early Education Hall of Heroes event will take place on Friday, June 4, 2021 from 7pm to 8pm. Join us for a night of celebration with entertainment, giveaways, awards and more. So put June 4th on your calendar, and a nomination for the new Early Education Hall of Heroes in the mail!
