Purpose: The Human Resources Directors and Managers Affinity Group offers an opportunity for lead nonprofit human resources professionals/decision makers to benefit from the knowledge, talent and passion in our countywide network of Westchester nonprofit HR professionals. The affinity group will meet to:

• Strengthen connections between nonprofit HR leaders across the sector
• Find new thought partners, cultivate new ideas, and develop collaborations
• Learn from peers
• Address HR issues affecting nonprofits
