Title: Expanding Capacity through Powerful Partnerships

Small nonprofits, by definition, have limited resources—of staff, infrastructure, financial funds, etc. Partnerships are one way to increase capacity. These can include examples such as sharing resources (such as space, staff, and equipment), developing collaborative programs, or working in coalitions to advocate for community needs. This session will explore the opportunities and challenges presented by various forms of partnership.

Schedule for 2025: The group will meet by Zoom on Mondays at 3:00 PM: April 21, June 16, September 15, November 17

Each session will run for one hour with a chance to extend the session based on participant interest and availability.
