Social media marketing can be a challenging aspect of marketing and customer engagement for many organizations. Participants will gain valuable, actionable information on how to develop a social media marketing strategy for their organization. They will learn why social media is an essential tool for their marketing toolbox, how to develop a strategy tied to their mission and best practices for executing the strategy.
